CINNAMON MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

FOR TOPPING:

1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin tins with paper or spray. In large mixing bowl, stir together applesauce, milk, eggs and oil. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ones. Stir with a wooden spoon just until moistened. Do not overmix. Spoon batter into prepared tins, filling each cup 2/3 full.

Bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Place on wire racks to cool slightly.

FOR TOPPING: Place butter in micro-safe bowl. Cook on high 45 seconds. In separate bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Stir to mix well. Dip tops of muffins into butter and then into cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm. 10 to 12 muffins.
