HARVEST SOUP 
3 or 4 lg. pieces of squash (any kind) or pumpkin
1 lg. onion
2 c. chicken stock
White wine and port
Pinch of thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger
Cream
Salt and pepper

Peel squash and cut into chunks. Chop onion. Combine all above, pinch each of spices, splash of wine and port (but not necessary). Simmer 30 minutes.
