RHUBARB KUCHEN 
Streusel:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour

Mix together and sprinkle over entire cake.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

Step 1:

1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp milk

Mix and put into a greased and floured 8 x 12 pan. Pat on bottom of pan.

Filling:

2 1/2 c. rhubarb
1 pkg strawberry jello

Sprinkle this over dough.
