1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 2 sm. onions, cut fine 1/2 c. rice 1 can peas and 1/2 can juice 1 can tomato soup Fry ground beef and onions until brown. Cook rice with a little salt. Place ground beef and onions in casserole as first layer. Second layer, peas; third layer, rice; fourth layer, tomato soup. Top with crushed cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
