RUSSIAN FLUFF 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. Minute Rice
1 (16 oz.) can peas
1 can tomato soup or tomato with rice soup

Brown ground beef. Drain all liquid. In casserole dish, combine ground beef, rice and peas, mixing thoroughly. Mix soup with 1/2 can water to make sauce. Pour sauce over mixture and bake in 325 degree oven for 60 to 70 minutes (until vegetables are soft), in covered dish. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
