RUSSIAN HOT POT 
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 lb. (thin skinned) potatoes
1 lb. green cabbage
1 med. onion
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, drained
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Put water and bouillon cubes in 4 quart Dutch oven and bring to a boil.

Scrub potatoes. Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1/2 inch chunks and add to pot.

Remove core, cut cabbage into 1/2 inch chunks and add to pot. Add sliced onion. Add tomatoes to pot. Add hamburger meat to pot (raw and crumbled). Cook over low heat 30 to 40 minutes.
