JELLO PUNCH 
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (any flavor)
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
46 oz. pineapple juice
Ginger ale
Sherbet, optional

Mix all ingredients except for ginger ale. Freeze in molds. Remove from freezer about 1 hour before serving. Add ginger ale and stir occasionally to thaw. Punch will be slushy. Add as much ginger ale as desired. Sherbet may be floated on top. Use Jello flavor that will give you the color of punch you want. Makes 1/2 gallon of base.
