ITALIAN VEGETABLE COMBO 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli flowerets
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cauliflowerets
1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) whole mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
1 med. green pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks

Place broccoli and cauliflower in microwave-safe container. Cover. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 8 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring to break apart after half of the cooking time. Add mushrooms, dressing and green pepper. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and green pepper is tender crisp.

Variation: Refrigerate after cooking; serve as appetizer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
