SUPER FRUIT SOUP 
1/2 c. tapioca
4 c. pineapple juice
4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. dried apricots or raisins
2 c. dried apples
1 c. pineapple chunks
2 chopped oranges

Place the first five ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tapioca becomes clear, Add remaining ingredients. Be sure that all of the white part of the orange is removed, as it will make the soup bitter when cooked. You may substitute any fruit that is in season. Sliced bananas are delicious in this soup, but do not add them until just before serving. Serve hot or cold.
