BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
tbsp. sugar
12 oz. beer at room temperature

Combine flour and sugar. Add beer and stir to make a soft dough. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Set aside for 15 minutes to rise.

Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
