GRAPEFRUIT - AVOCADO SALAD 
1/4 head romaine
1 grapefruit, peeled, sectioned
1 avocado, peeled, sliced lengthwise
French dressing

Line each salad plate with romaine leaf. Shred remaining romaine; place on leaves. Arrange grapefruit sections and avocado slices on shredded romaine. Serve with French dressing. Makes 2 servings.

TIPS: To serve 4, double quantities of all ingredients. To serve 6, triple quantities of all ingredients except use 2 avocados.
