WEIGHT WATCHER'S PUMPKIN MUFFIN | |
1 c. strained pumpkin 2 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 2/3 c. dry nonfat milk 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar Twin 1/2 c. grated carrot 4 tbsp. raisins Mix together all ingredients. Pour into 6 count muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Serves 2 and counts for 1 protein, 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 milk and 1 1/2 vegetable. |
