17.9 oz. box Crispix cereal
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter (creamy)
12 oz. creamy chips
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt peanut butter, butter and chips in microwave about 2 minutes. Whip with a spoon to blend. Pour Crispix into large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal to mix to coat.

Pour 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar into a brown grocery bag. Next pour in coated cereal and sprinkle 1 3/4 cups sugar over all. Fold top of bag down and shake well.
