1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 box Crispix cereal
1 box confectioners sugar

Melt together butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Pour over Crispix cereal and mix well. Put confectioners sugar in large container or plastic bag. Add cereal mix and shake until coated.
