1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
6 c. Rice Chex cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Combine butter, peanut butter and chips in small saucepan. Melt over low heat. Place Rice Chex in large bowl and stir in the chocolate mixture until well coated. Add powdered sugar; put cover on bowl and shake well. Store in an airtight container.
