1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. (half stick) butter
12 oz. box Kellogg's Crispix cereal
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together chips, peanut butter and butter. Pour melted mixture over cereal and stir to coat thoroughly. Place powdered sugar in large sack, dump in cereal mixture and shake to coat.
