1/2 pound butter
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 large box Crispix cereal
1 pound salted peanuts
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Place Crispix cereal and peanuts in a paper bag. Pour melted mixture over cereal and shake well. Pour powdered sugar in bag and shake well again.
