CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
4 squares chocolate, melted

Mix all ingredients together at once. Blend well and pour into a greased and floured oblong cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and ice with Chocolate Sour Cream Icing.

CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM ICING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
3 squares chocolate, melted
1/8 c. butter

Mix all ingredients until smooth and spread on cooled cake.
