CHOCOLATE CHIP/SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour

TOPPING:

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 sm. or lg. bag chocolate chips

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Set oven at 350 degrees.

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream, vanilla, sifted flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Mix topping in separate bowl. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Put 1/2 of the batter in pan, then 1/2 of the topping. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
