SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CHIP COFFEE
CAKE
 
1 1/2 sticks softened butter (3/4 c.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream (1 1/2 c.)

Cream together first 3 ingredients very well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Add vanilla and sour cream; mix well. Pour half the batter into well-greased 10-inch tube pan. Cover lightly with crumb mixture (below). Pour in remaining batter and cover completely with rest of mixture. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

CRUMB MIXTURE:

6 oz. bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. brown sugar (free pouring)
3 tbsp. cinnamon
