SUMMER SAUSAGE | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. tender quick salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 1 tbsp. mustard seed 1 c. water Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Divide into desired size rolls. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. Unwrap and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. |
