SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion
1 tbsp. mustard seed or 1/2 tbsp. powder
2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. liquid smoke

Mix like meat loaf, divide into 2 rolls. Wrap in foil (shiny side in). Refrigerate 24 hours. Pierce all sides with fork, then bake 1 hour at 350 degrees on a rack in pan. Unwrap, cool, slice and enjoy.
