ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
3/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can Hunt Manwich sauce
1 c. water
1 dozen corn tortillas
2 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Saute hamburger, onions and garlic in 10" skillet and drain fat. Add seasonings, Manwich sauce and water; simmer for 5 minutes. In a 2 1/2 quart casserole arrange alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and cheese until used up. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
