DIABETIC COOKIES 
1-3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1-1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener
1 c. All Bran or oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins

Combine melted butter with egg and raisins. Mix remaining ingredients, add to liquid mixture a little at a time until blended.

Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375°F for 12 minutes.
