GERMAN GOULASH 
1 qt. sauerkraut
1 qt. canned tomatoes
8 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
1/2 lb. sausage or weiner or part ground turkey
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. paprika

Peel and chunk spuds; chop onions. Add rest of ingredients (including juices). Simmer until spuds are thoroughly cooked.
