GERMAN SKILLET DINNER | |
5-6 potatoes, scrubbed, not peeled 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 tsp. pepper 3 c. cubed smoked sausage 1 (16 oz.) can Bavarian sauerkraut Cut potatoes into thumb sized pieces. Add onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown in 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup oil 25 minutes until tender. Add sausage, heat, stir occasionally. Drain kraut and spread on top surface. Do not stir. Cover and heat. |
