GERMAN COLESLAW 
1 lb. sauerkraut
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped red onion
3 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Salt to taste

Chop all ingredients. Wash and chop sauerkraut. Mix sugar and vinegar and pour over all ingredients. Stir. Let stand covered overnight.
