GERMAN COLE SLAW 
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 qt. or lg. can sauerkraut
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced green peppers

Boil all vegetables together. Cool for 5 minutes. Drain very well.

Add: 1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix all together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Good with can pineapple.
