GARLIC MASHED POTATOES 
1 1/3 lbs. baking potatoes (2 lg.), peeled & quartered
12 garlic cloves, peeled
3 tbsp. half & half
2 tbsp. butter, room temperature
Salt, pepper, fresh minced parsley to taste

Combine potatoes, garlic in medium saucepan. Cover with cold water and boil until potatoes are cooked; drain. Mash until of pureed consistency. Stir in butter and half & half and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Don't be afraid of garlic. Makes 2 servings (recipe can be doubled).
