ASIAN NOODLE SALAD 
2 pkgs. Asian noodle soup mix (ramen)
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 cups slivered Napa cabbage
slivered carrots
slivered red pepper
toasted sesame seeds
slivered almonds

Break up ramen noodles in a bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and both seasoning packs from soup. Pour over noodles and let them sit for a few minutes. Add vegetables and stir. Top with sesame seeds and almonds. Refrigerate before serving.
