MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
10 inch baked pie shell

Place defrosted strawberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat at medium speed for 15 minutes or until mixture holds its shape. Whip cream, add vanilla and fold into strawberry mixture. Pile lightly into baked pie shell. Freeze overnight. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
