MOTHER'S BUTTERHORN ROLLS 
1 c. milk, scalded & cooled
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 cake yeast
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast as directed. Scald milk and add the butter to melt. Cool. Combine the yeast and milk, adding the sugar, salt and eggs. Add half the flour and beat until smooth. Add rest of flour with a spoon. Grease bottom of bowl and let rise until double. Knead lightly on floured board. Roll into a circle. Cut pie shape pieces and roll from the large end. Place on a greased pan and let rise. Brush with melted butter and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
