CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream style corn
1 can "niblets" corn
8 oz. sour cream
Dash of salt and pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 sm. box cornbread mix

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or 45 minutes at 350 degrees (until nice and brown).
