QUICK SALMON CAKES 
2 c. gluten
2 c. corn flakes
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 sm. can sliced mushroom
2 eggs (substitute)
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. soy milk
Green pepper (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 12 flat cakes, and pan fry in oil until lightly browned. You can bake this in loaf pan also.
