3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice
1 can French style string beans, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar pimentos, drained
1 med. onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, diced
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook wild rice per directions on package. Mix together all ingredients listed above and put in baking casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
