WENDY'S BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. wheat flour
1 c. Millers Bran
2/3 c. bran cereal
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk or 1 c. milk and 1 tsp vinegar
1 c. raisins
12 chopped prunes
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. molasses
1 beaten egg

Makes 12 full muffin cups. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dredge prunes in flour to separate. Mix dry ingredients, prunes, and raisins. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Overfill 12 paper lined muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes.
