OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. oat bran
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unbleached white flour
3/4 c. golden raisins
1 1/3 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. molasses
1/3 c. honey
2 c. buttermilk

Combine bran, flour, raisins and baking soda. In another bowl combine honey, molasses and buttermilk. Pour into bowl with flour and mix. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12.
