PEACH COBBLER 
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
1/2 c. sugar

Put peaches in baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients together, cut in butter, stir in milk. Roll in one piece large enough to cover peaches. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Boil together for 4 minutes. After cobbler has baked 10 minutes. Pour glaze over top and continue baking for the last 10 minutes. Good hot or cold with ice cream or whipped cream.
