ENGLISH MUFFIN TOASTING BREAD 
5 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. milk
1/2 c. water

Measure into food processor with steel blade in place: 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and soda. Measure into a large mixing bowl remaining 2 cups flour. Mix milk and water. With temperature probe in microwave heat liquids until they reach 130 degrees. Turn processor on. Slowly add liquids to flour-yeast mixture processing until mixture is very smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour mixture into bowl with the 2 cups of flour. Stir until blended, batter is quite stiff, but too soft to knead.

Grease 2 glass loaf pans and divide mixture between them. Pat top smooth with floured hands once mixture is in pans. Let rise, uncovered 45 minutes. Microwave each loaf separately on high 6 minutes if oven operates at 700 watts. Microwave 6 1/2 minutes if oven operates at 650 watts. May bake in regular oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
