EASY STICKY BUNS 
3 1/4 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

3/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Stir together flour and yeast. Set aside. Heat the milk, water, butter, sugar, and salt until mixture reaches 130 degrees in a 2 quart saucepan. Add 2 cups of flour. Beat well. Add remaining flour and mix well. Cover and let rise 1/2 hour.

Heat topping ingredients in a small saucepan until butter melts. Spoon 1 tablespoon into each muffin cup. Add 1 tablespoon of batter on top. Let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 24.
