HOLIDAY FUDGE SAUCE 
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk
6 sq. Baker's chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

In double boiler, melt butter and chocolate until smooth. Gradually add sugar and milk. Keep stirring until smooth and creamy. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Pour into jars when cool and keep refrigerated. Portions may be heated in microwave for hot fudge sundaes or brownie a-la-mode. Add chopped walnuts and heavy cream for topping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
