1 can yellow hominy
1 can white hominy
1 med. onion, cut up
3 stalks celery, cut up
Pimiento, as desired

Mix all the above ingredients, and make dressing of 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar; or any oil and vinegar dressing. Mix and pour over hominy mixture. Let set overnight.
