HOMINY SALAD 
1/2 c. canned milk
2 cans hominy (yellow and white)
1/2 c. almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. chopped celery
1/2 onion
3 tbsp. butter

In saucepan, saute butter, onion, almonds and celery. Mix in separate dish 1/2 cup canned milk, cream of mushroom soup, and hominy. Add sauteed ingredients. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
