SCALLOP POTATOES AND HAM 
1/3 c. butter
2 heaping tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
Dash salt and pepper
Sm. onion
8 med. potatoes
Ham small, sliced thick

Cook on top of stove, butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thickens. Stir constantly.

Peel potatoes and slice up. Put 1/2 of them in small roaster sprayed with Pam. Then lay your ham on the potatoes and then put the rest of the potatoes on top of ham. Spread chopped up onion on top of potatoes and then pour sauce on top of everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or potatoes are tender.
