SPICY WINE POT ROAST 
4 lbs. beef pot roast
1 sm. chopped onion
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
1/4 c. dry red wine
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Salt and pepper
1 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle salt and pepper over meat. Place in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and place over meat. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Remove meat and slice it. If desired, thicken sauce with flour dissolved in a small amount of water and serve over meat.
