NEVER FAIL CARAMEL ICING | |
3 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. brown sugar 6 tbsp. white sugar 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (sifted) 1/2 c. sweet cream 9 marshmallows 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix butter, brown and white sugars and cream. Bring to a boil and cook rapidly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows. When they have melted, add vanilla, powdered sugar. Stir until thick enough to spread. Enough for 2 layers. |
