2 c. light brown sugar (1 box)
6 tbsp. cream (Pet or whatever)
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a full boil and cook 2 minutes (do not cook longer). Remove from heat. Add baking powder and vanilla. Beat until thick enough to spread.

NOTE: Put as much between layers as you want. Make more if needed for top.
