FAST AND EASY CORNBREAD SALAD | |
1 skillet cornbread, prepared (I use Jiffy) 1 1/2 cups chopped ham 1 small white onion 3 stalks celery, diced 4 boiled eggs, diced 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 3 cups real mayonnaise salt and pepper, to taste Crumble cornbread into a large bowl. Add all ingredients and toss with mayonnaise. Refrigerate for one hour, and serve!!! Notes: Makes a great dish for picnics, family gatherings, or by itself. Submitted by: Kathryn |
