CHICKEN MARENGO (CROCK POT) 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 tomatoes, quartered
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
Salt & pepper to taste

Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Combine dry spaghetti sauce mix with wine. Pour over chicken. Cover crock pot, cook on low 6 to 7 hours. Turn control to high. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
