FINE CABBAGE SALAD 
3 qt. fine shredded cabbage
2 green peppers
4 sm. onions
1 sm. can pimento

Bring to boil the following and pour over vegetables while hot. 3 1/2 cups sugar, 1 pint vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed and 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed. Keep in refrigerator 12 hours before serving. Will keep 6-12 weeks in refrigerator.
